The Pleased Customer is a customer satisfaction simulation. The participants try to succeed in the simulation by “reading” the customer and making their offers accordingly.
The teams make profit in the open competition area via the companies they find. Using the service or the product they are selling, they make their customers pleased to get new orders. They specify their company policy and get ahead of other service / product providers.
The key is the way that the company followed creating a difference. The participants make time management, division of labor, efficient communication while doing so.
